The Story
Made for the longest aisle.
The Royale is the formal gown of the line. A heavy Italian mikado, strapless and structured at the bodice, falling open through the skirt to a full sweep train.
We named it for the principality across the bay — for the kind of ceremony where the room knows when to stand. Nothing in the dress is loud. The cloth does the work, and the line keeps it formal.
The bodice is built on a hand-shaped corselette, with a curved front seam and a single back zip set in by hand. The skirt is cut from four panels, with a deep box pleat at the centre back to carry the train.
Four fittings. Made for one walk.
